As a tele-health practitioner, I believe compassion is a powerful force in meeting life’s challenges. Regardless of our position and circumstances, we all have experiences that are challenging, stressful and unfulfilling. Sometimes these challenges require extra support. Whether you are working through on-going mental health issues, having a tough time working through trauma, experiencing relationship dysfunction, or any other stressful situations, I’m here to help you work through it. My core therapeutic values and approach provide guidance for myself and clients as we work together toward peaceful resolutions to some of life’s most challenging obstacles.
My therapeutic core values and approach:
Safety - I provide a safe space to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Compassion - We are all human and make human choices (this includes those choices we deem “mistakes”).
Self awareness and discovery - In our safe space I provide honest feedback and tools to enhance self growth.
Balance - Our environments, emotions, thoughts, behaviors and physiology all interact to influence our patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
Unconditional Regard - I believe the therapeutic relationship is where healing happens. I approach these relationships with acceptance and love.

Dr. Drinkman has been integral in my healing process. The work we have done together has been the most helpful in all of my adult life.
Dr. Drinkman is a compassionate counselor who has helped me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Drinkman was great. I came in with a ideas of what was bothering me. She listened to what I had to say and helped me sort it out. Took me from a dark place to a position where I could figure out what needed to be done to fix my situation.
I would recommend Better Help to anyone, really. Even if you don't have major issues in your life or with your mental health talking to a therapist can have a positive effect on your emotional, mental, and even physical composure. Dr. Drinkman does a fantastic job of listening and providing practical solutions and techniques to deal with whatever issues are at hand. The Better Help platform is more convenient than seeing a traditional therapist face-to-face and offers more connections and communication with your therapist throughout the week.
She's awesome, patient and very kind.
Dr. Drinkman has quite literally saved my life. I was in the deepest depression I’ve ever experienced and I was having anxiety basically 24/7 I ha float my job and things seemed extremely hopeless. Now I feel like a new person. I have a job that I love, finally figuring out what I want to do with my life, and my anxiety has dropped dramatically. All without the use of medication which I am eternally grateful for!
Dr. Drinkman is a great counselor. She knows the right questions to ask and how to respond to your feelings. She gives you great tools to manage with. She even follows up with you later. Definitely recommend.
She's a very good therapist and I strongly recommend her.
Dr. Drinkman is not only a talented counselor, but a very kind and wonderful person. We worked with video sessions weekly and messaging to conquer my driving, work and health anxiety. The tools she gave me will help me for the rest of my life. She is nothing short of a blessing to this community and world. Thank you Dr. Drinkman.
Thank you Dr. Drinkman! You have been amazing so far :)
I’ve been working with Dr. Drinkman for just a few weeks, after changing counselors. I feel we’re a good therapeutic match! She kindly offered her support over the weekend, if needed, because she knew I was taking a potentially emotionally-charged trip. I didn’t take her up on her offer, but knew I could and that was very comforting. I’m looking forward to continue working with her.
