About Me

Reaching out and being able to talk to someone can be difficult. I'm here to help you feel safe, heard, give understanding, and guide you with any issue you feel needs to be addressed. I have been a therapist for 7 years and provided addiction counseling along with a variety of levels of mental health issues. I am also available to just listen, bounce idea's off of along with help process any life issues that require you to just talk it out.

I have worked in many settings from therapeutic group homes, residential facilities, mental health inpatient hospitals, high school therapy, adult and adolescent individual therapy and groups that focus on mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, solution focused and process therapies. I am also licensed in addictions (substances, gambling, video games, sex) for which is my specialty. I can help you find alternatives to, reasons behind your use, how to manage your addictions using your strengths and motivations to change. I am here as your guide to a better you or just to get you feeling some relief.
