About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Human Services and obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
I currently work with adults and children ages 13 and up, couples, and families. Some of my counseling experience includes my work with attachment/relational conflict, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, substance abuse, and LGBTQ+ populations.
Several years of my career have included working in community based mental health settings. I have a passion for helping people recognize their strengths and empower them to lead wholehearted lives.
I firmly believe people are the experts in their healing and works in a collaboration with my clients to support their choices to regain their lives.
