NOTE: I am operating on CEST time right now as I am an American expat living in France. We might have a big time difference, but please know that I will answer your messages as soon as I wake up. I take weekends off but I will always respond to any messages before I go to bed.
My counseling style is very accepting and non-judgmental. My greatest passion is instilling hope, direction, and purpose in my clients. The counseling techniques I use vary based on each client’s needs but my foundation is rooted in the humanistic theory of existential therapy. This form of therapy focuses more on the present and future rather than the past and on finding meaning and purpose in life. This doesn’t mean we can’t talk about the past, it just means that we will spend more time working towards goals that will help you progress faster.
I have been counseling for over 8 years and have been counseling online via webcam for the past 4 years. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Military Counselor (CCMC). Most of my experience is in helping clients manage PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment/transitions, family conflict and helping to discover my clients’ life purposes. Common groups of people I see range from military personnel/families, first responders (police, firefighters, paramedics), doctors, athletes, expats (Americans living abroad) and general "life wanderers." I also enjoy helping my clients interpret dreams and discover themselves through pre-marital counseling.
Leading an active sports lifestyle, I believe in the influence of getting and staying active to help promote a balanced body and mind chemistry. I also understand the demands of excelling within the extreme sports world and I enjoy helping athletes find their balance while encouraging them to discover their highest potential. If you surf, skateboard, race motocross, snowboard or train in MMA/Muay Thai we might have something in common.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you find what you are looking for.

Nicole's been very supportive in the two weeks I've attended her counseling sessions. When I'm unclear of what is it I'm trying to work on, she puts me in the right direction. I really appreciate what she's done to help me.
There are so many good things I can say about Nicole, so I'll touch on the most important.
She is trustworthy, understanding, concise, and comforting. Before her, I found it VERY hard to open up and trust counselors/therapists due to a series of bad experiences with ones years ago. Over the last several months of working with her, I have gained more confidence and strength to be a better, healthier version of me.I would HIGHLY recommend her for someone who is serious about working on themselves; you would greatly benefit from a life coach who keeps you going with her constant encouragement and advice.
I highly recommend Nicole. She is a very professional and an experienced therapist that will help you figure out even the most challenging of issues. You will not regret working with her.
Nicole is great. Good listener and has experience with burnout.
Nicole has been very helpful, she is always available! I really recommend her
She's engaging, she's kind compassionate non judgemental and caring. I could not ask for a better therapist.
She's just perfect. Short and to the point
Nicole was awesome and really helped me w/ a tough time. Thank you!
Nicole has been a fantastic support person and counsellor. She is warm and friendly and makes herself available regularly and is always punctual and professional. She has helped me enormously and I recommend her without hesitation.
She's an amazing person and it's like I can talk to her as a friend and not feel judged like with doctors.
