Dr. Oren Hernández, Ph.D. LMHC, LMFT, CAP, has over 30 years of experience in the field of Psychotherapy and Behavioral Medicine. Dr. Hernández is an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida, at the Center for Loss and Healing. He is the professional consultant for the Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Chapters of Compassionate Friends, a self-help group for parents of deceased children. He is also the professional consultant for the Broward chapter of MADD - Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

As president of HMC (Hernández Management Consultants), Dr. Hernández has served as a consultant to major corporations in the areas of Industrial Psychology, Management, Marketing, Human Relations, Human Resources, Substance Abuse and Corporate Dynamics.

Dr. Hernández has been a featured speaker/educator on radio, television, business seminars, and educational institutions. He was the Mental Health Expert and Sex Therapist/ Sexologist on Telemundo International Spanish Network, on “HOY EN AMERICA P.M.” The program reached 22 countries in Latin American and Europe. He served in the same capacity on AMERICA TV and MEGA TV. Dr. Hernández has hosted his own television program “The Living Years “, and Co-hosted the radio program “Divorce without War“. His featured topics include Stress, Trauma, Grief, Bereavement, Loss and Survivorship, Human Sexuality, Substance Abuse, Business Management and Human Behavior.
