Pamelia Sublett

About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in private practice, community mental health centers as well as a medical setting. I have experience working with a diverse population. I have worked in mental health, geriatrics, substance abuse, as well as with our military population. I have received special training to work with soldiers that have been deployed and have returned home.

My counseling style is from a Christian perspective, warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, courtesy, and compassion. In my counseling, I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach, psychodynamic, and family centered. We will work together to come up with the best approach for you, the client.

It takes real courage for an individual to reach out and seek help. It takes courage for an individual to admit that they need help. I would like to reach out to you, offering my assistance as you take this journey. I am here ready to support, encourage, and empower you.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Pamela is very supportive and kind-hearted. I am fortunate she was somehow chosen to be my BetterHelp person. She has lots of good ideas and is a good listener.
