About me

I have been working in the social work profession since 2013, first as a school social worker and now as a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with a variety of clients since starting my journey and prefers adolescents to adults (13 & up). I use an integrative approach, based on the client’s needs including cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, brief, and motivational therapies. Crisis intervention also plays a large part in my role with clients.

I believe in providing empathy, understanding, and guidance while engaging with clients. I am open-minded, positive, nonjudgmental, and determined in my role as a psychotherapist.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
