About Me

Welcome! I am a psychotherapist/Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for 10 years. I received my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages.

I have experience working with individuals that are having difficulty adjusting to new life situations/transitions such as finishing college, losing or getting a job, having a child, moving to a new city, getting divorced, retiring, grief/loss, and more. I help individuals cope and develop new skills to improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also have experience working with clients with a history of childhood trauma and low self-esteem.

I work with couples to assist with communication difficulties and cope with infidelity.

I believe that everyone deserves someone to talk to who is non-judgmental or biased. You are the expert on you! I am here to work as a team with you to establish and meet your goals. Together we can create change and improve your symptoms
