Dr. Smith is the smartest, wisest, easiest to talk to therapist there is. I feel very fortunate to have been matched with her by Better Help and I look forward to our sessions every week.

Dr. Smith is very solutions oriented which makes me feel more in control than I did before working with her. She has a kind yet direct way of communicating that makes it easy to stay focused and make progress more quickly.

Dr.Smith is not your typical therapist. She makes you feel like your sessions is just two friends having a deep conversation. She does not try to be clinical with you. She keeps it real with you and tells you want you need to hear not what you want to hear.
