About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey for 22 years and have helped Individuals identify and overcome their problems and conflicts, and move ahead in their lives. While practicing privately, I have also worked in hospitals, Community Mental Health Centers and Employee Assistance Programs. Through the latter experience, I have learned to help clients succeed in their organizations, such as overcoming the bias and discrimination some clients face on a daily basis.
I am a warm, caring individual by nature, and this helps inform my work with clients, by helping me empathize while simultaneously being able to gently confront people about their blind spots, that may be getting in their way. I believe firmly in the right of each person to define what is best for them and their families, so I like to help clients identify realistic goals and objectives, based upon their needs and their skills. In closing, I consistently remind myself, that I am helping clients to work toward a better future that they need and want.

Wonderfully understanding and insightful.

Knows when to listen, respond and/or advise.

I've affectionately dubbed him Better Help Bob with my wife.

Seeing the positive difference in my perspectives, mindsets and overall mental health were the goals and having Bob in my corner has certainly gotten me on my way to achieving them.

Thanks Bob!
