About Me

I am a clinical social worker with nearly seven years of experience in the mental health field. I received a master’s degree from Smith College School for Social Work where I received intensive training in psychodynamic theories and anti-oppressive approaches.

In the therapeutic relationship, I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach to meet clients where they are at. It is important to me that clients identify their goals for treatment and collaborate with me to create a treatment plan.

I have worked with many populations in a variety of settings. I have special interest in working with those who are motivated to address ADHD, relationship issues (including but not limited to family, friends, partners, etc.), low self-esteem, and trauma symptoms.
