It was an absolute joy to work with Sandra. She really listened and took the time to connect with what I was going through. She remembered what we spoke abt and was very reliable as well as relatable to me. I appreciated her prayers and her humor. She was honest and straightforward. Occasionally we started having a little too much fun laughing but I believe it all came together to lift my spirits and give me a place to spring forward from.

Sandra is a wonderful counselor who makes me feel as though my feelings are validated. She has a calm, nurturing nature about her that leaves me so relieved after finishing a live session. She checks up on me and leaves messages that keep me pushing through whatever worries I have. Very happy to have her as my counselor.
