As well as being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor with an extensive background in meditation and mindfulness. I am able to incorporate the benefits of both fields into my practice to create a peaceful, present, and mindful space. Finding a strong mind-body-spirit connection can help expand your awareness to a new level and allow you to be the best version of yourself. I am also certified in CBT and trained in DBT amongst other mindfulness practices. I believe the power of change is within all of us and if we take time to tune into our power in the present moment then growth and success will be undeniable!

She is amazing and she listens and remembers well, she gives me good excercises and worksheets as well.
