Sarah Andruszko, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and have been working with military affiliated families for the last 10 years all over the world.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, and ADHD.
I am not a judgmental person, am accepting and very warm. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me so that you feel seen, heard and understood in counseling. I think this is the environment where counseling can best facilitate change in my client’s lives. I use a variety of counseling techniques that completely depend upon each client’s needs. I look forward to working with my clients and love being a counselor.

Sarah has been wonderful to work with. She brings new perspectives, challenges my thinking, and always encourages specific strategies and tools to work on after each session. I’ve enjoyed working with her on all areas that I need to grow in.

She listens and you know that because she mentions things and follow up sessions and that's extremely important to me

Sarah is terrific! Very down-to-earth and easygoing, she does a fantastic job at listening and helping me work through my problems. I never feel any pressure from her, she really lets me lead the sessions and focus on what is most beneficial for me in the moment. I was nervous to try remote therapy and I'm so glad I did! Sarah truly is a gem.

Very helpful, supportive, respects my process without leading to what her own opinion could be; but respects that I'm the one who ultimatly needs to get me where I need to go.
