About Me

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing for over 8 years. I have worked in various agencies through my years which has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and mental health issues. I have worked with clients struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, life transition, to just name a few. I have worked with individuals, both children and adults, as well as, couples and families. I now have a private practice and enjoy counseling and coaching clients overcome issues so they can celebrate the life they have been given.

I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I'm certified in Hypnotherapy. I offer individual counseling, faith-based counseling, marriage counseling, parenting coaching and health & fitness coaching. I enjoy using hypnotherapy techniques to help clear symptoms of PTSD, self doubt, fear, even religious doubt. It's nothing like you see on TV. We can talk more about this if your interested.

My approach is casual, nonjudgmental more like talking to a friend over coffee. I am excited to hear from a new subscriber and ready to partner with you at this part of your life journey. Contact me and let me help you start living well today.

Shannon is amazing! In just 3 sessions, I have grown so much and learned a lot about myself. I'm so thankful for Better Help being an option and gives me more than I would get through using insurance. I'm thankful she is part of my healthing journey and can't wait to see what else the Lord has in store for my life

I have worked with therapists in the past and have been amazed at how quickly Shannon was able to dig down into my issue and help create results.

In the past 3 weeks I have been working with Shannon. This experience has enabled me to be able to help to identify some bad thought patterns and how to deal with it. I know it’s a start but I believe I can grow with more sessions.

Shannon Raday is a wonderful counselor that I really enjoyed working with. She always allowed me to see things in a new way and I felt incredibly comfortable opening up to her. I would recommend her to anyone going through things, especially relating to self worth and dealing with hard emotions. She has plenty of sound advice and worksheets to help you away from counseling sessions. She also has some great meditations too! Cannot recommend her enough!

Shannon gets it. She gets me, she understands me and she's so down to earth. Talking to Shannon is like talking to a second mum that you can tell anything to without any judgement. Her advice keeps me grounded.
