My name is Shanti’ Moore and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I also plan to get licensed in the state of Alabama as well. I have worked in the mental health field for about 10 years. I am currently attending Arizona State University to obtain a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. I want to expand my knowledge in working with individuals with behavioral issues. I have experience working in a community-based setting, in-home, and a psychiatric forensic setting. I have experience in working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues learn to cope with managing and maintaining their symptoms, community resources, and compliance with treatment/medications. I have knowledge in assisting those dealing with intellectual disabilities, autism, learning disabilities, depression, bipolar, anger management, parenting issues, etc. My therapy style is more integrative and holistic by allowing you to guide the process of improving and maintaining your well-being. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, person centered therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy modalities.
I specialize in working with the homeless population, families, children, and teenagers. Not many people can relate to children and teenagers in this world of technology and lack of motivation through this pandemic. I build rapport and provide a sense of well-being when dealing with an array of personal issues. As hesitant as they are with wanting to talk to anyone; it is important for them to talk to someone other than a parent or guardian as they feel like no one can relate to them.
I hope to get to assist you developing your purpose, well-being, and gain insight into improving lifestyle changes.

Shanti is extremely attentive, supportive, and honest. Sessions with her have been instrumental in my journey for healing and self-improvement.
Shanti is so kind and easy to talk to!
Shanti is very attentive and understanding. She will tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear unlike past therapists I’ve had. I really enjoy my sessions with her and I always feel that they are very productive.
Shanti is wonderful- she took the time to truly listen and adapted our sessions to my needs. She really has helped me develop positive coping skills for my daily life. I’m so glad to have found her!!!
I really enjoy talking to Shanti because she really actively listens and is hugely insightful. She listens to what I say and communicates it back to me in an objective way but also a very human and emphatic way. If there is something I’m having trouble expressing she is able to lay it out for me so that I can actually understand what I’m feeling and where it could be stemming from. She also provides lots of options and tools to work on what we talk about. She remembers important details even if we haven’t touched on them in a while. 10/10 experience working with Shanti
I just started my therapy with Shanti but I’ve really liked my experience so far. She seems to be very empathetic and understanding
Ms Shanti is Amazing!!! She understands me, she listens to me and she gives me logical advice. She has helped and is still helping me unpack a lot of trauma and healthy ways of dealing with them. 10 out of 10
Speaking with Shanti’ is like speaking with an auntie. It’s a conversation that feels natural. Shanti’ is so welcoming and inviting, even with the nature of the counseling being virtual. I genuinely feel like I have the tools to make changes in my life and be a better version of myself.
Since the very first time I have chatted with Shanti, I have felt very connected to someone else. I never felt so understood and listened to in my entire life. It all happened so smoothly. I’m grateful for our chats and how much she helps me to be productive and successful!
She’s awesome and makes me feel like I’m talking to a friend or a big cousin ☺️
So far she’s wonderful and have patience
She’s really helpful and supportive.
Wonderful! So easy to talk to
Shanti is my personal cheerleader. She has done an amazing job shifting my metalitiy to a positive one.
I've only been talking to Shanti for about 4 weeks now and even though I haven't been the most open guy, more of a bottle it up type of person, she's helped me indentify some of my problems and ways to tackle them and aim towards a more positive and happy lifestyle and so far it's been helpful.
Shanti is a really great ear to listen to discussion of issues while also providing actions/goals to work towards an aligned goal. I just started therapy and appreciate her openness while also calling out various sides of an issue and the reality
Shanti’ is kind and helpful, she checks in with you even if you aren’t able to respond for what ever reason. She makes sure you know she’s there whenever you need to talk.
Shanti’ is awesome; very down to earth with great perspective. She really understands where I’m at and what my goals are. She’s very easy to talk to and has helped me a lot already.
