These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Susan Henry. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Susan does a great job sorting through the massive brain downloads I give her and then asks me a question or two that get me to focus on the important bits.
Susan helped me figure things out which I did not know is a problem and helps me walk through it.
I’ve had 3 therapists in the past and Susan Henry, she is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had. I always say, finding a good therapist is comparable to finding a good dentist or a good teacher etc. you have to get through a few bad ones to find a good one. Susan challenges my thinking and helps me understand things differently. You will never feel judged by her. She is open minded and really listens and cares. I’ve made so much progress since I started seeing her weekly. I’ve grown and I’m becoming a better person with her help.
Susan is the best therapist I have ever met with. She’s honest and kind and really pays attention!
I accidentally answered one question incorrectly(darn my clumsy fingers!). Susan has been great and I highly recommend her.
Susan has been a great therapist so far!
Susan is a very open therapist. Her empathy is available and kind. She doesn’t judge or push to another solution but instead offers insight and resources. And doesn’t push for a different outcome but how to be in the current situation and coping.
Susan has assisted in prioritizing the issues that I wished to address, providing feedback and prompting further reflection upon the things that matter most to me.
It has been helpful to have an unbiased 'ear' and safe place to explore difficult internal challenges and dilemmas.
Susan has been one of the most understanding and supportive therapists I have ever had. She is always willing to listen and support me in anything I do, and always willing to help and guide me where I need it the most.
Susan is incredibly supportive and makes it easy to share. I deeply appreciate her questions and her suggestions, and it is clear that she has given her full attention to my needs and my situation. Her willingness to communicate and respond to messages during the time between our sessions has truly helped me to feel like I'm not alone in a difficult time. I'm grateful that Better Help matched me with Susan Henry.
Susan listens actively and responds with care, compassion and thoughtful questions. The worksheets she shares are spot-on appropriate and helpful
Susan makes me feel very comfortable and she’s easy to talk to. I feel like I can be open about what I’m going through and she poses good questions in response to what I’m experiencing. I look forward to each session, but she is also responsive and supportive in between live sessions.
