Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Susan Henry. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I was skeptical that BetterHelp would be able to provide such a professional service. I have attended therapy in person and felt cornered and did not connect well with my therapist. That negative experience led me to suffer with my problems silently for years before trying again. If I had any advice for those that feel this way, it's to take a chance. Susan is a great therapist, and I actually look forward to our sessions. I am so thankful for her and people like her.

Susan is very easy to talk to. I worry that I'll have nothing to talk about before my sessions, but the questions and prompts she poses about myself and the topics from other sessions immediately open up a safe place for me to talk and share my feelings, memories, worries, and issues without fear of judgement. I'm thankful and happy to have found BetterHelp and Susan Henry.

In the short time I’ve had the pleasure to work with Susan, she’s been an enormous comfort and support system. She is a wonderful listener, and provides concrete suggestions for ways change things I’m struggling with. She works with me to find actions that I’m comfortable with, and sends ample resources to help me continue to grow in between sessions. She is prompt to respond to all messages. A true professional, and she’s truly in this to help her clients.
