In my psychotherapy practice I frequently work with clients that present with a range of medical and psychological issues including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and grief. I have experience with clients with a history of cancer, TBI, and spinal cord injury. I also have experience working with parents with children with developmental and acquired disability. My treatment philosophy is based on the belief that the physical/ medical, behavioral, and psychological interact together. Healing comes from a balance of these factors. I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, biofeedback, and mindfulness and use these in treatment to promote healing.
