Thomas is a wonderful gentleman. He carries a wealth of wisdom. He offers professional and practical tools to help individuals navigate themselves through this journey that is life. I’m very grateful to have found such a knowledgeable therapist who I align so well with. Some of the other therapists I have dealt with through the years were “all hat and no cattle”. But not Thomas. Thank you, Better Help and Thank you, Thomas.
