Hello, and welcome to Betterhelp! Congratulations on wanting to get support! I know how hard it can be to tell someone about how you’re feeling, so I also want to congratulate you on taking this step. In today's world, we are all trying to juggle a lot, and, understandably, you have a variety of thoughts and emotions. I am here for you. I want to find out the best ways that I can support you!

I trust Dr Darby.
I’ve been doing counseling sessions for a few weeks now with Dr. Darby and I felt like we were a great match. She gives me honest feedback and advise. She’s also really cares about trying to help you meet your counseling goals.
Dr. Darby is nothing short of spectacular. I wish I connected with her sooner.
Dr. D listens to what I have to say. She asks probing questions and truly makes me think about why certain things make me feel the way they do.
Dr. Darby is a wonderful Therapist. She instantly put me at ease, and I find myself opening up to her about my real issues. She is insightful and cuts right to the heart of the problems. We are early on in the process, but I am confident i found someone to truly help me be the best "Me" I can be.
