Tracy has been great with helping me deal with my depression and anxiety. She understands and helps me realize different ways to cope with issues. She always checks up on me if i dont respond within a few days to make sure I'm ok and let me know she is always there for me! I am very happy with having her as my counselor!
Tracy is very kind and understanding. She has been helpful and made me feel better.
Tracy has been the biggest help in my life that I didn’t know I needed. When I first started talking to her I was very down, and didn’t have the motivation to really do anything at all. Within a few days we really narrowed in on my problems and she gave me the tools to to put those problems in the past and be able to move forward with confidence. With more time, I’ll build myself back up, but I didn’t know where to start, and I have Tracy to thank for pointing me in the right direction and keeping me on course.
