When I first started therapy, my anxiety was on a scale of 1-10, was 12. She has been so helpful and worked with a lot of my issues. Not only was I able to note my worth, I was also able to let go of a lot of my childhood and past relationship trauma. She has a way of explaining things with examples and if your willing to put the work in, she is amazing at helping you heal.
Mrs. Allen-Tyus is very knowledgeable a great listener and great person to gain counseling from.
Valerie is awesome. She really takes the time to listen, remembers the details and makes you feel encouraged. She’s able to offer additional perspective in a way that’s reassuring yet eye-opening. It’s only been a short amount of time but I feel that I’ve already made a significant amount of progress on my journey ever since I began my sessions and I truly feel that I am on the right track. Happy that I found her and I look forward to continuing our work together. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
