I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I recognize that therapeutic relationships built on trust and mutual respect are essential to treatment and that we are most successful when we work with others to accomplish a goal. When there is a collaboration in treatment, it strengthens relationships and helps us to repair those relationships when there are ruptures. I strive to make sure that you feel seen and heard.
