Finding the right therapist can be a very difficult and challenging experience. However, once you find the right person, your whole life will change. I believe that therapy is a window of opportunity for you to explore the various challenges in your life and that it can help guide you through the maze of choices you are making.
My goal is to help individuals who want to create better futures as well as providing them with a safe, comfortable place to talk and sort through their feelings. I do not take my clients for granted. I do not judge anyone. I believe in guiding my clients through their journeys with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Cognitive Based Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Based Therapy (SFBT). I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Vivian Vaquez has been extremely helpful. In the few appointments I have had with her i have been put at ease and feel confident she will have the knowledge needed to help me.
Vivian is attentive and thoughtful and kind. When I asked that we restructure parts of our time together, she immediately adjusted and I felt the shift in how I expressed myself during our sessions. I became more comfortable discussing uncomfortable things. That flexibility is a necessary component of two strangers discussing enormously personal feelings and experiences.
With any therapist, it takes time to grow enough trust to access those deep-seated issues that affect your daily lived experience. I'm lucky to have Viv, who cultivates a space for trust.
Exquisite help! She’s supportive and very helpful every step of the way
Vivian is BRILLIANT!!! Very easy to connect, feel comfortable, and get right to the best version of yourself!
So far I’m finding this a wonderful tool. She’s very informative.
Vivian is kind, knowledgeable, a great to talk to. She has helped me reach closer to my goals to become a better person.
Vivan is empathetic and amiable, I have enjoyed my time talking to her and enjoy how she is able to relate to what I am speaking about. This allows me to feel very comfortable with her.
