Born and raised in Hawai'i, and with experience in other states, I have been licensed and working with people of Hawai'i for over 30 years. Originally from Palolo on the Island of O'ahu, I am of mixed ethnic backgrounds to include Native Hawaiian. I intermix spiritual and cultural approaches to life with western therapy.
I strongly believe that you are the expert of your life story and that my job is to guide and assist you in finding workable solutions to support and enhance your life.
