Yolande helped me so much in a matter of a few weeks with her active listening, direct approach and feedback. The tools and worksheets she gave me to use and work through were very helpful in various issues I am working through. Yolande is a kind and compassionate therapist and I highly recommend her.

Working with Yolanda has been absolutely transformative. Her metaphors and tools helped me understand the obstacles in my life and how to lead with love in my own home. As I go into my sixth week and there's a lot more to unpack - I'm ready to share more with her because she makes me feel safe. I'm incredibly grateful for a intuitive and genuine therapist like Yolanda.

Yolanda is the best balance of amazing listener with being a skilled counsellor. She let's the sessions be client led, but she also isn't afraid to kindly direct or empower. She always gives constructive feedback. Sometimes it has to be tough love, but always done with kindness, respect and, above all else, wisdom. Each session i've left with a sense of direction and purpose as well as further resources to develop myself.

I couldn't recommend any other coach/counselor over her. She is unrivaled.

Yolanda is poignant, sharp, and observant while being so humble, concise, and wise. She'll say two sentences that will floor me for days. I couldn't have asked for a better counsellor. She's fantastic.

I've found my experience so far with Yolanda to be very helpful. She had a great way of wording things that is very supportive and makes me think of things from a more positive point of view. The worksheets I've been given so far have been great. I'm really excited to have Yolanda as my therapist - I'm looking forward to working toward the goals I've set with her.
