In therapy, you can expect my approach to be curious, compassionate, and collaborative. I will ask questions in an effort to understand you and your experience better. I will treat you and your story with respect, kindness, and empathy. I will also seek your input and perspective as we work together to accomplish your therapy goals.
To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Massachusetts. I earned my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now, William James College). I have several years of clinical experience and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I see clients of all ages, who struggle with challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, multicultural and identity issues, relationship problems, life transitions, and other stressors of daily living. I draw from multiple theoretical approaches in therapy, such as humanistic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused, and will tailor my approach to your specific, unique needs.

Dr. Wang is such a compassionate counselor. I really enjoy chatting with her and come out of our sessions feeling better. She is a great listener and always has thoughtful things to say to help guide my thinking towards a more constructive and positive direction. She remembers and brings up things I spoke about weeks/ months ago. I really appreciate her as a therapist and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone neutral and calm to talk to.
Dr. Wang's calm, professional, and personal approach has helped me to navigate and explore truths about myself, and approach challenges with self empathy and opportunity. She has been so important for me over the last few months, giving me a consistent place to reflect, share, and grow.
Dr. Wang has been the perfect partner through this process. I was skeptical of my ability to connect with anyone virtually, but Dr. Wang has learned to read me and my emotions through the computer better than other people do in person. She is always attentive and thoughtful in her feedback. I highly recommend her as a counselor.
Dr. Wang has been an incredible therapist. I’m constantly surprised by the connections she is making from my past to my present self. She’s extremely knowledgeable and is able to apply so so much of that knowledge to my life. She listens carefully and remembers little things I didn’t even notice I said. She is constructive and supportive and has given me opportunity to genuinely change my mentality and my way of being. If you go into therapy with an open mind and a willingness to improve/be better/change, she will absolutely meet you there and dramatically help you in that process. Dr. Wang has helped me see myself through a different lens. She has helped me step out of my own circular thoughts and see my problems from different angles, and figure out small steps to move forward when I felt very stuck. She has helped me to be kinder to myself as well. I have found her guidance in developing weekly personal goals to be very useful in my relationship with myself and others.
Dr. Wang is very helpful to my in my life. I have been going through some significant life events and she has been supportive and a great coach. She has helped me talked to the different people in my life in a very thoughtful and productive way. Dr. Wang uses the different communication opportunities to help me stay focused on my health.

Dr. Wang has been extremely helpful this year. I have been given a safe space to share my feelings, thoughts and fears. They have allowed me to speak completely openly about all my experiences as well as give me time to open up about everything.
