Margaret Doman
Hi. I’m Margaret Doman. I am a licensed clinical social worker. My professional training was with an emphasis in clinical social work with individuals and families, with the utilization of psychodynamic processing and therapeutic counseling models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotional Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy among others. From my professional experience, I bring over 34 years of experience working with people in the helping professions, including over 17 years as a clinical social worker. I have worked directly with clients of all ages, children through adolescents and adults, in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a variety of presenting issues and dilemmas, including depression, anxiety and stress, anger management, grief and loss, marital and relationship discord, family and parenting difficulties, trauma and emotional abuse, and mental health disorders. I have worked indirectly as a Clinical Supervisor over children's mental health programs which provided therapeutic and case management services to children who suffered displacement, separation, trauma neglect and abuse and accompanying behavioral and mental health issues. I have worked as a Program Director of an outpatient substance abuse treatment program. I have worked as a program supervisor over an adolescent respite and treatment program providing shelter, behavior modification, and individual and family counseling for troubled teens. From my personal experience I bring decades of experience, including living and working within a variety of cultures, and religious and ethnic communities, making me aware and sensitive to the nuances of individuals’ diversity and challenges. As a social worker I recognize that life, with all its possible joys and wonderment, presents us with many varied challenges and barriers to being and feeling fulfilled, happy, content, satisfied, or good and at peace with our lives and the relationships that we desire, seek, and pursue. For the most part we cope and manage to come out on top; however, life can also overwhelm us and we might find ourselves in an ever-increasing downward spiral of unhappiness, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, problems with life and relationships, and maybe a general sense of futility and hopelessness. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health therapy, taking into consideration all aspects of being a person in their particular unique environment and circumstance. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, using eclectic therapeutic techniques, providing a supportive counseling relationship, whereby you can explore and gain understanding and insights to drive your resolve, action plan, change, and growth towards that stronger, happier, functional, fulfilled you!

I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor (LPC-S) with 16 years of counseling experience. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues, as well as trauma and emotional abuse histories. I often draw from person-centered, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, while thoughtfully tailoring my therapeutic style to meet each client's unique needs. If you are ready to take the next step on your journey to a happier and more fulfilled life, I am here to empower and support you. Some things to know before choosing to work with me: 1. My sessions are set to 45 minutes and my clients schedule their weekly sessions by choosing a session time that works with their schedule. This is done on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Because this is an online platform, both electrical power and internet connection are necessary. Should there be a power outage or internet problem on either side, we will have to reschedule our session. 3. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know the day before if possible so that I can make that time available to other clients. 4. I do not provide crisis counseling on this platform. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911, your local emergency services, or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

Arnold Etoua
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop the tools needed to navigate life’s difficulties. My specialty focuses on working with adults who are experiencing the long-term effects of childhood trauma. Many of the clients I work with struggle with issues such as abandonment wounds, rejection, low self-worth, shame, emotional neglect, and difficulty trusting others. These early experiences can also show up later in life as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, fear of vulnerability, difficulty setting boundaries, and patterns of seeking validation from others. In therapy, we work together to understand how these early experiences may still be influencing current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop healthier ways of responding and relating to yourself and others. I also focus on men’s mental health. Many men carry emotional pain silently due to cultural expectations around strength, independence, and self-reliance. I provide a space where men can openly explore challenges such as emotional disconnection, identity struggles, relationship difficulties, stress, and the pressure to perform or provide. My goal is to help men reconnect with their emotional lives, develop healthier coping strategies, and build stronger relationships. My background also includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after difficult life circumstances. Because of this experience, I approach therapy with a strong belief in resilience and the human capacity for growth and healing. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and building practical skills that support long-term well-being and healthier relationships.

As a licensed therapist in Texas, I feel honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I understand that reaching out for support can be a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles, as well as challenges related to relationships, work, trauma, and social anxiety. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe in getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what matters most to you. Together, we can gently explore patterns that may be holding you back, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but always guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique experience. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you at your own pace. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
