Does not adhere to social norms I have three grown offspring, four perfect grandkids and my own little herd of wiener dogs. I enjoy mass quantities of Disney and superhero movies whenever I’m able to hide away in my Batcave for a little while. I look forward to meeting you!

Making a decision to work with a personal counselor can be a little daunting. Getting the right fit in a counselor and finding the right form of communication is essential to building an environment of confidentiality, openness and safety in order to achieve your goals. In my 25 years as a health care executive and 17 years as a licensed counselor in the State of Michigan I have learned that creating a safe environment is essential for meaningful communication and personal progress. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
