April Condemi
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked with a variety of concerns and specialize with working with first responders. I have seen individuals in various setting and throughout the lifespan. I have a focus on working with those suffering from trauma related symptoms. I have experience working with first responders and working through daily life challenges as well as work challenges that they experience. In addition to working with first responders, I have experience with working with a variety of mental health disorders and certified in working with trauma. I have worked in a variety of settings and with various ages, which has allowed me to have a broad range of experience and understanding. My counseling style is as unique as every individual is. I believe that not one counseling approach is effective for everyone, therefore use an integrative approach. Some of the variety of approaches I use include: cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, solution focused, and Adlerian therapeutic techniques. I focus on your needs and what it is that you want to gain from therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I find it is important to focus on your strengths and building these up rather than focusing on the things you may not be the best at (after all, we are all human and are not perfect at everything!) It can be scary to take the first step to seek help, but I will be here to support and empower you through this fulfilling process! I look forward to working with you!
Jennifer Bicknese
My name is Jennifer Bicknese, ATR-BC, LPC. I am a Board Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have 11 years of counseling experience. I have worked in an outpatient facility with children, an outpatient facility with adolescents and adults, and a residential facility with individuals diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia. I have the most experience working with, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, sexual identity, LGBTQ community, life stressors, grief and loss, and anger management. I utilize two different methods of counseling. The first one is the practice of Art Therapy. Art Therapy is a non-verbal way to express feelings and work on overcoming obstacles. If a client is open to trying Art Therapy, there are many techniques I can provide to help with life stressors. By providing a therapy using art supplies, such as, paint, colored pencils crayons, markers, clay, etc., a client can discover key themes in their artwork. Through learning about these key themes, a client can better discover their own way of finding personal solutions to their goals of therapy. The second practice I utilize is a Person-Centered Approach. A Person-Centered Approach basically means I want to help a client find ways in which to overcome stressors through positive support and understanding. By using a Person-Centered Approach, I help to guide a client into reaching their own personal growth and change. I do this by assisting clients with what they feel needs to be worked through. I am here to listen and support, with no judgement present. It is my aim to empower and motivate clients through the therapy process. I look forward to learning more about you and helping you achieve all the goals you have set forth. Thank you for looking at my profile and allowing me to help you achieve a happier and healthier life.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to know exactly where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted for who you are. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I see therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing and find what feels right for you. As a board-certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), I also have the ability to bring creativity into our work when you’re interested. Art therapy doesn’t require you to be “artistic”—creative expression can simply offer another way to explore feelings and experiences when words don’t always come easily. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, substance use treatment, and crisis services. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and taught me the importance of seeing the whole person behind what they are going through. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’d be honored to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward where you want to be.

I’m a licensed clinical therapist in Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, caregiver exhaustion, low self-esteem, and feelings of overwhelm or burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, stuck in unhealthy patterns, uncertain about relationships or career paths, or struggling to balance everyone else’s needs while losing sight of themselves. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, overthinking, depression, grief and loss, relationship and family stress, divorce, workplace burnout, caregiver exhaustion, self-esteem and boundary challenges, and major life or identity transitions. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and offer non-religious counseling in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. My approach combines Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based strategies, and evidence-informed interventions to help clients build clarity, emotional resilience, and forward momentum. Together, we focus on identifying what’s already working, reducing emotional overwhelm, increasing self-awareness, and creating realistic changes that feel sustainable—not forced. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, practical, and nonjudgmental. I do not believe therapy is about “fixing” you. Instead, I believe many people already possess important strengths, insight, and resilience, but stress, grief, anxiety, painful experiences, or unhealthy relationship dynamics can make it difficult to access those parts of themselves consistently. Whether you are coping with a painful breakup, navigating divorce, grieving a loss, questioning your next chapter, struggling with people-pleasing or boundaries, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, therapy can provide a space to slow down, process what’s happening, and move toward the life you want with greater confidence and self-trust. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you do not have to figure everything out alone. I look forward to working with you.
