Tiffani Wiles
Hi there! I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals that need to heal from severe trauma, hurt, guilt, embarrassment, anger, self-esteem and many other things that had a negative impact on their life. I am a veteran and I understand trauma. I have worked with survivors of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and emotional/psychological abuse. I have experience in Womens mental health. I have experience in working with female adolescents, young college age adults, and women. Veterans and first responders are also welcome and I have worked with a few! I truly enjoy getting to know others and joining them on their journey to a more positive, fulfilling and settled life that they love and can be proud of. I am non judgmental and accepting of ALL humans beings. Some of us have been let down, let others down, or have some things in our present, past, or future that are preventing us from moving forward to have a better life or to feel good about ourselves. I understand and am open to listening to anything that someone feels comfortable sharing with me. I have heard a lot of things and probably have just about heard it all. I do not pass judgement. and am willing to work with anyone that wants to work on themselves. Everyone needs a place to heal and a place to feel like they can be themselves.

I have a background of working with adolescents and adults but not small children. I have experience in many types of therapy but excel in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy mindfulness and guided imagery techniques. I believe therapy must be individualized to the client and not a one fits all experience. We are all unique and special in our own ways. I strive to create a safe space where the client feels comfortable opening up. I hope to hear from you so we can start the journey of therapy together. It takes a brave person to pursue change but I believe if that is your goal it can be achieved.
Ace Glaspy
Hello, and welcome to my corner of BetterHelp. My name is Ace Glaspy, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Tennessee. I have had the esteemed opportunity to work in the mental health field for over 17 years with individuals from various walks of life, backgrounds, and cultures. Since becoming a counselor, I have strived to help others shine a light on the roots of their struggles, and write the life story they want to live. Life can be challenging and overwhelming, and I believe we are all trying to find our purpose and place in this world. As a counselor, I believe my clients are the authors of their stories and want to help them write it. When not walking alongside my clients in their journey, I can often be found reading a good book (I am a little bit of a fantasy nut), playing with my kids (the lights in my life that overcome all kinds of darkness), or trying to write one of the many books I have flapping around in my head. Using integrative counseling, I utilize various, evidence and scientifically based methods such as Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and more to help my clients overcome their past and turn complex situations and decisions into a manageable journey. Life can be hard, but I truly believe anyone can find joy and contentment along their path. My schedule is as follows, with some variation depending on other circumstances: I am in my virtual office Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun. On those days, you can expect responses within a brief time period (sometimes immediately, depending on what I am doing) or in between other clients. Tuesday evening and Wed-Fri, I spend time with my family, and may respond, but it will most likely have time in between responses that I can't really identify surety. But I will respond within 6-8 hours most of the time, even on those days.
