I have practiced in multiple arenas including community counseling centers, schools, secure and non-secure criminal justice facilities, hospitals and private homes. This may include Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Applied Positive Psychology and Person-Centered Therapy. Teaching and supporting clients in learning new skills is also very important to me and are included in many of my treatment plans. I take a holistic approach by looking at the body, spirit and mind. I believe that nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and overall health play a foundational part in the therapy process. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Missouri State University.
