I also have experience in regard to substance abuse, life transition, family dynamics, career counseling, and foster care/adoption. No matter what the presenting issues my approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe you are the expert of your life. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family and our dog. I enjoy being outside whenever possible, to just enjoy the sunshine or go for walks/hikes.
