Dr. Joseph Kenneally
Greetings, my name is Tom Kenneally. I am a Doctor of Psychology and a licensed psychologist. I have 20 plus years of experience as a therapist. I have training and degrees in counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy and general psychology. Additionally I have experience in EMDR and 'post modern' therapies such as narrative and solution focused. I graduated from a Catholic University in San Antonio named 'Our Lady of the Lake' which has the distinction of being a leader in training culturally sensitive psychologists. My Doctoral internship was at The Mental Health wing of Hazelden, the worlds oldest treatment facility for addictions. I have done my own extensive personal therapy and bring that personal experience to supporting my clients. I'm the proud father of a wonderful daughter and grandfather of two great grandkids. The best short description of my style of supporting my clients is as a 'Jungian oriented' psychologist. This simply means that the process of therapy is a deeply unique and individual journey of change and healing. The client is discovering what doesn't work for them and exploring what works better. The support of good therapeutic help accelerates what the individual client is already doing to move toward a more satisfying and enjoyable life. This sounds positive and nice but the process is often very scary and painful. When a person is stuck in their healing process it manifests as mental health symptoms like depression and anxiety. Good support reduces that pain and symptoms and gets a person to a better place. Life and the therapeutic (healing/growth) process is an individual journey in many ways but benefits immensely from our relationships with others, intimate and otherwise. As a result many people seeking therapeutic support identify relationships as the area where they most want improvements. This is an area of expertise for the style of therapy I employ.
Jeanne Johnson
My what (short bio): I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 with a Master of Science in Education and am currently working towards my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. As a Therapist, Company Culture Cultivator, and Leadership Development Facilitator, I work to support others in living the lives they desire. This intersection of professional development & job training and an individual’s happiness & life satisfaction is the focus of my current studies. It is my hope that not only will our personal but also our professional lives, will create an environment that allows us to not simply survive but thrive. My Why: I always thought I would climb the corporate ladder. Yet as my life progressed, I constantly found myself providing support for what was stressing and distressing those around me. I enrolled at UPenn to learn more about people and the human condition. I found that we are more alike than we think, capable of more than we try, and more courageous than we know. It is my goal to help all of my clients identify the lives they desire to lead and support them in living that life. My How: My sessions are CBT-based with a few other ideologies sprinkled in. It is my belief if we can gain awareness of our thoughts, we can better identify our feelings then we are able to choose our actions. I give my clients homework and use our sessions to reflect on present situations impacting their lives. We occasionally discuss the past and how it is impacting the present, after all, we are the sum of our experiences. To ignore the past is to ignore the foundation our life was built on. The two quotes below do a great job of capturing my thoughts on therapy and its impact on our lives. “Not everything that is faced can be changed. But nothing can be changed until it is faced,” - James Baldwin “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking”. – Albert Einstein Learn more about me at www.JtheTherapist.com

As a social worker I recognize that life, with all its possible joys and wonderment, presents us with many varied challenges and barriers to being and feeling fulfilled, happy, content, satisfied, or good and at peace with our lives and the relationships that we desire, seek, and pursue. For the most part we cope and manage to come out on top; however, life can also overwhelm us and we might find ourselves in an ever-increasing downward spiral of unhappiness, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, problems with life and relationships, and maybe a general sense of futility and hopelessness. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health therapy, taking into consideration all aspects of being a person in their particular unique environment and circumstance. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, using eclectic therapeutic techniques, providing a supportive counseling relationship, whereby you can explore and gain understanding and insights to drive your resolve, action plan, change, and growth towards that stronger, happier, functional, fulfilled you!

Hi, I am Tiaira Willis- Haynes. I have been providing therapeutic services for over 5 years. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is Nationally Certified. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. My favorite theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and loved ones. I started this helping journey when I first entered college. As I navigated my way into adulthood, I found myself to always be the person others were drawn to in their time of need. I then learned my strongest therapeutic skills were being openminded while listening and showing empathy towards others. A high percentage of my caseload involves those struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, family or relationship conflict, domestic violence, parenting, life skills, and stress. The joy I get when I realize I am helping someone makes this career worthwhile. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change.
