Donna Plummer
I am a licensed professional counselor with 30+ years of experience plus specialized training in addictions, employee assistance services, trauma and career/life coaching. My focus is working with adults on a variety of issues which include depression, anxiety, panic disorders, life changes, relationship issues, addiction, trauma, military family culture, and employment/job stressors. What I try to provide is a safe, calm space to talk about personal issues and feelings while being heard by another person. Life can be so fast paced and rushed at times that a counseling hour provides a brief time out from life offering an individual the opportunity to reflect on what is happening in their life and receive feedback/coaching on how to improve any areas causing pain or discomfort. To me, therapy is a unique partnership between two persons which can work well in helping people cope with life successfully. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and help you create the life you want to live.

Dr. Delores Liston
I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia with over five years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, LGBTQ+, career and relationship issues. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is interactive and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I take a solution-focused approach to counseling employing therapeutic models aimed at supporting positive change through strengths based counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I know it can be hard to find a counselor who “gets it.” One key is to develop a trusting relationship through maintaining confidentiality, listening attentively and providing support for positive change. I find video sessions work best in establishing this relationship, and can interact with you in whatever manner you feel most comfortable. I look forward to working with you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist in Georgia, with 6 years of professional work experience. I have a range of expertise, but specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and intimacy related issues. Challenging circumstances and particular seasons of life have the potential to distract and throw us off course, causing life to feel out of control and confusing. Sometimes a fresh perspective can remind you of who you are, point you in the right direction, and provide new tools and resources to get you where you want to go and bring balance back into your life. Together we can explore your goals, strengths/weaknesses, and unique personality to make sense of your current struggles and leverage new opportunities for growth and change. My style is warm and empathetic, and my approach is collaborative and tailored to your particular needs and values. Give yourself permission to take the time you need, in a safe and accepting environment, to discover the best version of yourself and to unleash the power within you to create a life that is fulfilling, intentional, authentic, and meaningful.
