Hi! My name is Sirena and I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I graduated from Ohio State with my Bachelor's Degree in 2008, from Capital University Law School with my JD in 2011, from Ohio University with my Master's in Social Work in 2014 and from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's in Healthcare Administration in 2019. Since then, I have practiced extensively with a variety of populations. I primarily work with adults, and have a lot of experience in trauma processing, couples work, and working with those who have both mental illness and a history of substance abuse. I have worked with teenagers and families, couples, individuals, LGBTQ, the elderly, and those with complex treatment needs. I believe in developing an integrative and collaborative relationship with my clients that is built on mutual trust and respect.

Nicole Woolery
I am an independently licensed social worker (LISW) for the state of Ohio. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I have worked in hospital, community, office and school based settings. I began my career working in the inner-city schools with at-risk children. For the next few years my experience focused on working with kids and families related to trauma/abuse and integrated care (mental and physical health). In 2012 I expanded my experience working with adults in a hospital setting to provide psychosocial assessments and group therapy. I started private practice in 2015 and have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I utilize a strength-based, solution-focused and collaborative approach. Treatment is tailored to the individual by using a variety of different types of therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy (TFCBT) and more. I believe in increasing awareness, developing cognitive diffusion, identifying values and improving mindfulness for clients to live a rich meaningful life. I am able to use a Christian based approach to counseling for those who are interested. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists of Ohio Board Law: Electronic service delivery shall require an initial face-to-face meeting, which may be via video/audio(phone) electronically, to verify the identity of the electronic service delivery client, due to the laws in the state of Ohio.

My desire is to provide holistic therapy for individuals who would like to receive guidance and support within a non-judgmental client/counselor relationship. As a counselor, I have over 13 years of experience assisting individuals who are needing support due to various problems within the mental health field. My main strength and specialty as a counselor is providing Christ-centered care through faith based counseling and intercessory prayer. Some of my credentials include a Master of Arts in Education (clinical counseling) from an accredited graduate school and I am currently licensed in the state of Ohio to provide counseling independently as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or LPCC. My intention on this platform is not to provide formal clinical diagnostic services or procedures but to provide informal individual listening, perspective, and support for whatever concern or concerns that you may have within this season of your life. One of my goals is to make sure that you feel comfortable within the client/counselor relationship. I believe this can be accomplished by me modeling authenticity and acceptance while actively listening to you and your concerns. Common concerns that are addressed in my counseling sessions include anxiety, depression, low self esteem or self worth, search for meaning and purpose, spiritual/faith issues, stress, men's issues, addiction, loneliness, grief/loss, trauma, relationship problems, and many more. I look forward to hearing from you!

I feel a holistic approach to being as "well" as one can be, includes considering our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and how these realms interrelate with each other. My experience includes the following areas; Life transitions (divorce, marriage, aging issues, health changes, etc.), anxiety, adoption issues, depression, trauma, illness- related, loss and grief, relationship issues, parenting concerns, self-esteem, domestic violence issues, and more. I have been licensed in Ohio since 1996. Originally treating women with substance use disorders, I found my niche in trauma and abuse processing. I have also worked in psychiatric crisis response in the community, which taught me to think quickly on my feet and have multiple therapeutic approaches to connect with and assist people in healing. I believe in exploring a variety of ways to find the steps you need, to heal and move towards your future with joy. I find humor very helpful, while providing a safe space, to release the stress and provide another viewpoint. I look forward to working with you.
