Greetings. My name is Lee Shadeck and I have been helping people in one form or another since I got fired from a gas station in 1996. I got my introduction into the helping professions in Southern Oregon working with adults with disabilities for a few years before returning home to Pennsylvania to start a family with my wife. I received my Bachelors Degree in Education in 2001 and promptly chose not to use that degree for it's intended purposes and became a Crisis Worker on and off for the next decade.
