Hi, I’m Andie. I believe there is a powerful connection between what we believe about ourselves and how we respond to life’s challenges. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your story and develop practical tools for change. I focus on helping you build your sense of self so you can more easily identify what works best for you and communicate those needs effectively. I know firsthand how early experiences shape our relationships and self-worth. Growing up in an alcoholic home taught me both the cost of unmet needs and the healing power of support. Today, my passion is helping others move from surviving to thriving. I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction, parenting challenges, and the lingering effects of childhood trauma. My style is conversational, interactive, and tailored to each client. Whoever you choose to work with, keep reaching for the version of yourself you deserve—healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. Warm regards, Andie

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) Certification. I proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 22 years. During my military career I gained a wealth of knowledge working with sailors suffering from addictions, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. My military experience coupled with my 10 years of community counseling has exposed me to the devastating struggles individuals face. Therefore, my passion is building collaborative counseling relationships to help individuals heal and thrive to reach their highest possible potential. My theoretical orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT) and Solution-Focused Based Therapy (SFBT). Both approaches focus on solutions to empower individuals to improve their quality of life. The human mind is extremely complex. Therefore, an eclectic approach is often needed. CBT and SFBT are approaches that are ideal for integrating with other approaches as needed. My mission is to provide a safe, judgmental free, supportive environment in which individuals can heal. My degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University, Master of Arts in Special Education from Phoenix University, Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling (Marriage and Family) from Liberty University, and Educational Specialist Degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University.
