Hi, I’m a licensed therapist in Texas, and I help people work through the emotional ups and downs that life throws their way. My style is warm, honest, and real—I want you to feel safe being completely yourself in our sessions. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions, and I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not an interrogation. I’m especially passionate about helping people build self-love, communicate more clearly, and feel more grounded in who they are. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or uncertain about what’s next, we’ll figure it out together. I offer sessions in English and Spanish to connect with clients from all backgrounds, and my goal is simple: to help you feel seen, supported, and capable of real change.
Dr. Joseph Kenneally
Greetings, my name is Tom Kenneally. I am a Doctor of Psychology and a licensed psychologist. I have 20 plus years of experience as a therapist. I have training and degrees in counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy and general psychology. Additionally I have experience in EMDR and 'post modern' therapies such as narrative and solution focused. I graduated from a Catholic University in San Antonio named 'Our Lady of the Lake' which has the distinction of being a leader in training culturally sensitive psychologists. My Doctoral internship was at The Mental Health wing of Hazelden, the worlds oldest treatment facility for addictions. I have done my own extensive personal therapy and bring that personal experience to supporting my clients. I'm the proud father of a wonderful daughter and grandfather of two great grandkids. The best short description of my style of supporting my clients is as a 'Jungian oriented' psychologist. This simply means that the process of therapy is a deeply unique and individual journey of change and healing. The client is discovering what doesn't work for them and exploring what works better. The support of good therapeutic help accelerates what the individual client is already doing to move toward a more satisfying and enjoyable life. This sounds positive and nice but the process is often very scary and painful. When a person is stuck in their healing process it manifests as mental health symptoms like depression and anxiety. Good support reduces that pain and symptoms and gets a person to a better place. Life and the therapeutic (healing/growth) process is an individual journey in many ways but benefits immensely from our relationships with others, intimate and otherwise. As a result many people seeking therapeutic support identify relationships as the area where they most want improvements. This is an area of expertise for the style of therapy I employ.

Matthew Kelley
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of talking about the same problems without real change? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who works with adults, teens, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My style is straightforward, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel useful, not abstract or endless. I come from a background in education and counseling, and I’m especially drawn to working with veterans, adolescents, and clients who value practical tools alongside thoughtful conversation. I also have experience supporting individuals and families impacted by autism and neurodiversity, and I approach this work with patience, clarity, and respect for each person’s pace and goals. In sessions, I draw from evidence based approaches such as CBT, solution focused therapy, and trauma informed care, while staying flexible to what actually works for you. I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy. We focus on understanding patterns, building coping strategies, and making meaningful progress at a pace that feels realistic. Sessions are calm, direct, and engaging. We take the work seriously, but not ourselves. If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you move forward, I’d be glad to work with you.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of talking about the same problems without real change? I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through a wide range of life challenges. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a special education teacher and school counselor, which gave me a deep understanding of learning differences, emotional growth, and how family and community systems shape who we are. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, including individuals with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, as well as the caregivers and loved ones who support them. I also enjoy working with military-connected clients—military spouses, families, and those raised in military communities—who often navigate unique experiences of transition, identity, and belonging. My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based. I draw from narrative, person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet each client where they are. I believe therapy should be a supportive and affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I’m especially passionate about helping women through seasons of change—whether related to relationships, career, family, or mid-life transitions. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and self-compassion so you can move forward with clarity and resilience.
