While i use a holistic approach to treatment and take into consideration the context and other factors that are going on within the life of the individual, there are a variety of treatment modalities that I apply in my sessions. Some of the treatment methodologies that I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, educational approaches, and Gestalt therapy.
