I have been helping people achieve their therapeutic goals for over 18 years. Each person is unique, so a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy just won't do. That's why I use an integrative, therapeutic approach which is tailored to the individual and includes: Problem Solving; Structural Techniques; Inter-relational Techniques; Cognitive Techniques; Family-Of-Origin Issues and Individual Developmental Issues. I have experience working with a variety of issues and I especially enjoy helping people manage their relationships. You will find me to be friendly and non-judgmental, but firm in my commitment to help you strive towards your goals. Let's work together to get you on a better path so you can live your life more abundantly.

Rebecca Morse
Hello. My name is Rebecca Morse and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I have a Masters of Education in Counseling. I have been practicing counseling for 11 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages especially teens and young adults. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process. Therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I would say that my counseling strengths are that I'm empathetic, caring, and genuine. I've been told that I'm a good listener and help others feel safe and heard. I'm dedicated and determined to help others. I'm non-judgmental and practice unconditional positive regard. With that being said, I'm also able to give perspective and set boundaries. I truly believe that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. If you would like to be challenged in a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment, then I'm the therapist for you. Thank you for your time and I hope that I get a chance to help you navigate & work through your concerns.

Dr. Brian Moore
I am a licensed psychologist and therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. As a PhD clinical psychologist, I have a comprehensive education in mental health and ongoing relevant training. For those exploring therapy for the first time -- welcome! For others, welcome back! Therapy involves talking honestly about yourself in private. Some thoughts or feelings you may have been kept to yourself — maybe for a long time. But in sharing your ‘inner-self’, your burden lightens a bit. Together, we can begin to understand your life better. Your life can move forward. It can regains its meaning. You can begin to build a life worth living. For some clients, the approach is more educational. You may learn new skills. Therapy is not always deeply exploring your past, but I will always ask about your past and upbringing. Each client is different. My therapy approach can differ too. Therapy sessions typically last a little less than an hour. I prefer to meet in video sessions. I find that meeting every week maintains continuity and momentum. We can message each other between sessions through the BetterHelp platform. Online therapy is as effective as traditional therapy. It can provide easier and more private access to a therapist and more flexible scheduling. However, while BetterHelp usually costs less than some others therapies, it is still not cheap. Is it worth it? I suggest you try a few sessions (maybe 2-3) and then decide. You may decide that the longer term cost over, say, 3 months or even longer is simply too much. But as with anything involving money, you should understand the details of your agreement. The introductory offers can differ situation to situation. I am not involved with this aspect of the program and will refer you to others within BH who handle that. Finally, therapy is not a quick fix. It is not easy. Making lasting life change may take several months — or for a few, many months. But I won't push for more sessions than necessary. My goal is for you to lead a life without therapy. We will not attempt to fix everything, but I think that together we can make many things better.
