Hi! My name is Corinne and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with both teens and adults in different settings. Most recently, I worked with adults in intensive outpatient care in a psychiatric hospital. I’ve helped people with a wide variety of issues, from depression and anxiety to coping with hallucinations, and everything in between. As a therapist, it is my goal to help people take control of their life, heal from past wounds, and increase their sense of well-being. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. After that, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at South University Austin. Like most therapists, I use different theories and techniques based on what would be most helpful for you. I also have experience recommending resources in the community that may be useful, when needed. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters, playing with my pets, reading, and binging sitcoms on Hulu. I hope this introduction is helpful in getting to know me a little bit, and I look forward to getting to know you as well!

I have been practicing counseling for 11 years. I work with adult individual seeking to address anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma; however, most clients eventually share how these feelings and issues are related to their life's experiences and how they impact their important relationships (Partners, children, parents, work, etc). I help my clients walk both aspects of these needs: Their individual concerns and their relationships/family challenges. I can help with individual processing of feelings, behaviors, symptoms; as well as, increasing understanding and knowledge, skill building, and much more.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in working with me as your therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in both Florida and Texas, with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, and have had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings—including homeless shelters, crisis stabilization units, and outpatient treatment centers. These diverse experiences have shaped a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy. My clinical practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I specialize in working with men who may find it difficult to express intimacy and affection, and those experiencing challenges related to anger, irritability, performance anxiety, or emotional disconnection. I offer a supportive space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal goals without judgment. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking greater balance, fulfillment, and clarity in their personal and professional lives. Therapy can offer a safe and confidential environment to explore these challenges and begin the process of healing and growth. Together, we’ll work on building healthier coping strategies and uncovering deeper insight into the issues you may be facing. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and begin this meaningful work togeth

Hello, I'm Nastasia! I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with an edge, unapologetically doing what it takes to feel well, and help others do the same. I provide individual and relationship trauma therapy throughout the state of California, Florida, and Texas. I specialize in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, anxiety, and attachment. Providing individual and relationship trauma therapy, I’m one of the few providers in the San Diego and Riverside area, specializing in relationship trauma therapy—helping those in committed relationships that are affected by interpersonal symptoms associated with past trauma and PTSD. I have received professional training and certification in Neuropsychotherapy and Clinical Trauma to promote brain change for the management of post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. Candidly, I value authenticity and transparency. I’m a survivor of trauma, and I believe connection and transparency are a large part of healing. I understand what it's like to be the one sitting on the couch, and not in the chair. Trauma is complex and therapy does heal. While I have the credentials and expertise in the treatment of trauma, I want people to know that I'm someone that really sees the person in front of me. For me, it’s about seeing people past a diagnosis or a symptom. I want people to feel seen, heard, and believed. I’m convinced there is no greater technique or practice than humanity—the collectiveness of humankind, and living amongst, and connecting with others empathetically and with compassion. —Nastasia Freeman, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, NPT-C Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul. - C.
