Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Alecia Beaudry and I want to thank you for taking the time to read my profile to see if I might be a good fit to support you in managing your mental health. I invite you to message me with any additional questions you might have about my skills, treatment methods and experience. I am a Wisconsin based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who currently is in private practice in Elm Grove Wisconsin. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999. At that time, I also completed an additional concentration in marriage and family therapy. During my 20+ years in the field, I have worked in a variety of settings that have allowed me to develop a strong knowledge base of acute psychiatric disorders as well as supporting people who are in life’s transitions. I am passionate about working with clients to support overall health and wellbeing. I believe it is possible for everyone to live a satisfying life. I use creativity in my practice to approach problems that people have worked years to resolve with no success. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to support my clients in meeting their goals. Complex problems require creative solutions and I feel it is my responsibility to inspire my clients to move in the direction of health. One of my main personal and professional goals over the years has been to create a positive connection with anyone who comes in contact with me. As a result, I have developed an easy manner and it allows me to connect with clients and make them comfortable. The therapeutic relationship is the single most important part of the process. I never forget the courage it takes to work on oneself and feel honored to support people on their journey to create a satisfying life.

I know it can be overwhelming to take early steps toward the changes you want in life. Coping with our struggles already takes a huge amount of energy. Choosing a therapist is a big step. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where I can use my professional tools while we work on mental, emotional, and relationship issues. I will provide transparency throughout the process, so you are informed and know what to expect. I am a culturally competent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience. I received my Master of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University. I am currently licensed to practice in California and Wisconsin. My areas of greatest expertise are relationships, grief and other losses/life changes. However, I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, low self-esteem, and addiction. I also have had experience working with pre and postnatal issues, including parenting challenges. I consider myself to be primarily a humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapist. However, treatment should be adapted to an individual’s needs and what works best for them. We can work together to figure out what treatment looks like for you. I look forward to meeting you and starting your therapy!

Hello and Welcome! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin, I bring over 25 years of experience working with teens and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, divorce, co-parenting, low self-esteem, and stress. My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and opening up may not always come easily. That’s why I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can express yourself freely and authentically. I believe that no problem is too big or too small for therapy. Whether you're looking to gain insight, find healing, or explore new ways to move forward, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to support and empower you as you navigate life’s ups and downs. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the resilience and strength of those who face adversity with courage and vulnerability. These experiences reinforce my belief that while our pasts shape us, they do not define us. We all have the power to write new chapters in our story. Change is powerful—and so are you. Motivated by my own experiences with mental health challenges and a steadfast commitment to helping others, I work to ensure no one feels alone. I believe every individual is remarkable and valuable, though struggles like depression, anxiety, or trauma can obscure this truth. Societal pressures and adversity often make self-acceptance and emotional resilience difficult to achieve. My mission is to help others embrace their worth, navigate challenges, and foster strength in the face of life’s complexities.
