My name is Abby Pease and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri. I earned both my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri (GO TIGERS!). I have worked in a variety of settings including community organizations, schools, in home, and hospital settings. Over the past five years, I have had the pleasure to work with individuals and families with dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addictions, relationship struggles, family issues, increasing stress, and more. My style of therapy is supportive, direct, and honest. I truly believe that to get the most out of our work together, it is imperative to be real and transparent with one another. I understand that trust can be difficult to develop at times (myself included), but I strongly believe that it is incredibly important to connect and feel comfortable with the person you choose to share your personal struggles. I have worked with a multitude of clients from various backgrounds and experiences, so no judgments here! Together, we will explore your hopes and goals for growth, and skillfully address the barriers that are keeping you from reaching your full potential! I look forward to working with you!

Linda "Kathleen" Brown
I would like to start with congratulating and acknowledging you for taking this first step in achieving a more rewarding and fulfilling life. First steps can be hard to take, especially when it comes to our emotional health. We tend to be embarrassed, uncomfortable, or avoid these concerns. I am a true advocate in self-care as it is crucial for maintaining both our physical and emotional health. I believe you will be glad that you have taken this time to invest in yourself. My name is Kathleen Brown and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Missouri and Arizona. I am a proud graduate of the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University. I have over 20 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. My experiences have included working in private practice, inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, and telephone crisis care. Within these settings, I have provided individual, group, and family therapy. My specializations have included areas of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Abuse/Trauma, and Grief. I have also provided supervision to aspiring mental health professionals who are seeking graduation from both undergraduate and graduate programs along with those meeting requirements for state licensure. I am an advocate of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coupled with Strengths Based and Solution Based modalities. Although I have had success with these modalities, I am educated in other modalities and will tailor treatment to be individualized. It would be my honor to help you establish and achieve both realistic and obtainable personal goals. I look forward to working together!

Arianna Williams
Hi There! Having lived through a number of difficult experiences I understand the challenges in continuing to share your vulnerabilities with the world. These experiences lead us to hide our pain thinking it will be easier if others cannot see them. In reality, each time we hide our pain we dismiss a part of ourselves that is aching to be seen. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and Colorado, and a Women's Empowerment Life Coach, I understand the importance of guiding women towards their internal strengths, building trust, and exploring their personal authenticity. My work is centered in supporting women through the twists and turns of self-discovery. In working with me, women discover and rediscover parts of themselves that they have buried, lost, or are unknown. I focus on education, elevation, and empowerment. Through my work women are encouraged to take control, reclaim their inherent freedom, and cultivate support that lights a path to the new woman they are becoming. My eclectic approach entwines 12 years of education and experience to help you identify obstacles in your life while steering you towards your goals. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, family conflict, relationship challenges, self-esteem, communication and trauma. As a clinician, my journey has afforded me three key insights; a better understanding of the human condition, how trauma can impact our perceptions of our capabilities, and that the human spirit is resilient beyond imaginable belief. Reach out to me if you are ready to begin your unique journey to healing. **Scheduling: Currently I have availability on Mondays and Tuesdays late mornings/early afternoon. Please be aware of this before moving forward. Periodically their will be other availability. For potential clients outside of the continental US, if you do not see a preferred time, please make contact.
