I am adept in working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, dual- diagnosis, self-esteem, couples counseling, family therapy, and acute mental health disorders. My approach to therapy is to give clients the tools and skills they need to achieve their goals, personal growth, and find purpose and meaning. The face of someone who looks for support-looks like mine. Sometimes it's struggling with anxiety or depression. Maybe diabetes and the toll the healthy management takes on your life. It could also look like a young adult feeling stuck with so many opportunities in the world. It could look like someone who has lost their job or home and turned to Alcohol or Gambling to ease the pain. Or someone who just can't shake things they may or may not label as TRAUMA in their lives. More important than any of these situations, is the question: How do we regain CONTROL over Happiness and OUR own lives? I believe in taking a holistic and collaborative approach. This means we work together, as a team to improve your whole life-not just your mental or emotional health. There are multiple ways we can go about finding this answer, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EFT, EMDR, Addiction models, Mindfulness-based modalities, Motivational Interviewing and, more. I have been supporting individuals just like you for over 14 years. I am committed to helping people learn how to live their BEST lives! My practice focuses on targeting Anything that stands in your way of functioning as your Best self!
