I earned my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from New York University. I enjoy helping individuals who are seeking solutions to challenges they are facing. A wise fortune cookie once told me, "Life is not a struggle, its a wiggle". I have vast experiences in terms of client population, setting, and geographical location. I have experience in places from New York City to rural North Carolina, where I worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse, trauma, adoption, foster care, pregnancy, life changes, refugees, and sexuality issues. I am also clincially trained to work with individauls who face the struggles of a mental health diagnoses including, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD, gender/sexuality issues. I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs, but find myself most often utilizing a mix of Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused, Risk-Reduction, Psychodynamic, and always utilize Client-Centered Therapuetic technqiues. I genuinely enjoy the work I do with all individuals and place value in the fact that everyone's story, rationale, and feelings are different. I look forward to providing a safe, confidential space for you or your loved one to share their story and help find emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and/or occupational wellness and recovery.

I believe that a person moves in and out of their various life stages with the desire to learn and sometimes re-learn life lessons. I work with clients to enhance self-awareness, insight, and skill sets for managing life. Our therapeutic experience will be a joint effort in reaching your goals! I work with adult couples struggling in their relationships, communication, and living styles over all stages of life. I work with children and teens in their social, emotional, educational, and family systems. I see adults attempting to clarify and reach life goals involving education, work, independence, esteem, and healthy relationships. My formal training is in psycho-dynamic therapy and object relations but I also received a specialized cognitive-behavioral training through The University of Pennsylvania and The University of Colorado. I have developed a combination of being able to work with and understand behaviors and thoughts, but also deeper set feelings and patterns. I have an intuitive combination of understanding how people learn and feel, to empower them to identify the direction in which they need to go. I am extremely collaborative and offer useful feedback while respecting the growth and change process. I offer an extremely nonjudgmental and safe environment with which to explore those areas people often cannot. Part of the reason I became a therapist was because after having experienced many major life events both as a child and an adult, it empowered me to understand, empathize, and guide others in their psychological growth. I genuinely look forward to working with clients and bearing witness to their story. I am married and have two children. I enjoy reading, gardening, music, yoga/walking, nature, and films. Thank you! Caralee Crary, MEd, MA, NCP, LPC

Hello. I am a clinical mental health counselor who is licensed in multiple states and have 10 years of experience as a counselor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling as I believe each and every person is unique and requires their own style of counseling and learning. I have worked with individuals ranging from crisis to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, relationship issues, trauma, and family concerns. I have worked with troubled children and their families. I truly believe that the body, mind, emotions, and spirituality are all interconnected and in order to get the best results possible, you have to examine all areas of a persons life to help balance out their needs. My counseling style is also eclectic in that I can match the approach to the needs of my client. I believe in treating everyone with respect and strive to always do the best I can to help my clients. I see each person as an individual and understand that each person has their own perspectives and understandings of their environment, allowing me to individualize each meeting we have together. It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to help you in anyway I can to help you through your life journey.

I've had experience with working in the mental health field for 10+ years. I've recently been working with individuals in the community living with a mental illness, more specifically schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University and received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. I am licensed as an LPC for the state of Pennsylvania. My approach is treatment is client-centered, in that, the client is the most important person in this therapeutic relationship, as well as in their lives. Treatment is focused on the here-and-now while also coping with past experiences that continue to trouble the individual. Therapy in an on-going process and isn't always focused on one modality. When clients have a better understanding of what is bothering them in their present lives, they become more adapt at handling difficult situations with multiple outlooks/strategies.

Dionne Sterner
Hi, I'm Dionne. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, depression, self-worth issues, and emotional overwhelm. My approach to therapy goes beyond simply managing symptoms. I believe many of our struggles are rooted in deeper core beliefs, attachment wounds, past experiences, and patterns we develop in order to survive difficult seasons of life. Together, we'll work to better understand those patterns, heal the underlying wounds, and help you reconnect with a stronger, healthier version of yourself. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and emotionally safe, without judgment or pressure to "have it all together." Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I value authenticity and believe meaningful healing happens when people feel comfortable enough to be real. I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based work, and deeper schema-core belief work depending on each client's individual needs and goals. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics, disconnected from themselves, struggling with overthinking, people pleasing, anxiety, abandonment wounds, or difficulty navigating major life changes. my goal is to help you gain insight, build emotional resilience, develop healthier patterns, and create more pace and stability within your life and relationships. You do not have to carry everything alone. Healing is possible, and sometimes having the right support can make all the difference.
