I specialize in issues related to depression, anxiety, current or past trauma, and the impact of these on your life today. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults. I will always use an eclectic and individualized approach to treatment, drawing from many modalities such as mindfulness, interpersonal, trauma or solution focused, and will adhere to a strengths based model to move you through challenging times. I will use a holistic lens when hearing your story. We can explore how family of origin, chemistry, sleep patterns, diet, and movement impact you today, and then create a vision and plan for living the authentic life you crave. It takes courage to seek and accept help and change, and I am excited about the opportunity to be on this path alongside you!

Rebecca Erdmann
Hello, My Name is Becky Erdmann. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been counseling individuals, children, teens, and couples for almost 15 years. The last five years I have worked closely with survivors of domestic violence and significant trauma. I have a passion to see individuals become the best versions of themselves. I believe this often requires the hard work of becoming more mindful of how our emotions impact our behavior. In my experience as a therapist, I have learned that most people have the capacity to identify the answers/solutions to the barriers preventing them from living a mindful, well-adjusted, joyful life. They may just need some assistance in drawing out those solutions. I have worked in both faith-based and community health therapeutic settings. I believe real healing occurs with a holistic approach; identifying emotional, physical, spiritual, as well as psychological barriers in one's life. Although I take many approaches in therapy, I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Life Span Integration. I look forward to working with any individual who is dedicated to the process of removing unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors from their life in order to become the person they have always wanted to be. Blessings!

Hello! I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the states of Iowa, Oregon, and Texas. I have more than six years of experience in the counseling field. I'm a Navy veteran with an amazing son who has autism, and I am blessed to be able to homeschool him. I earned my MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2019. I also have a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. I am currently working toward my doctorate in trauma counseling from Liberty University. I have extensive training and experience in trauma-informed treatment. Most of my experience has been with combat veterans, first responders, and individuals with complex posttraumatic stress. I utilize a variety of therapy approaches incorporating techniques to individualize treatment, but the primary modalities I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Self-awareness is key to healing, so my practice is client-centered. These approaches will provide you with methods to solve problems utilizing your own strengths. Other approaches may be used to help facilitate your progress. I do not work with paraphiliac disorders or sex offenders not I cannot provide services related to family court evaluations. I believe it is essential to build trusting relationships with clients. I've had an array of life experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today. These positive and negative experiences help me connect with others in a unique way. My primary goal is to help others evoke their own strengths and resources to heal and make positive changes in their lives. With this platform, you can send a message at any time. I am not physically available 24/7, however I do try to respond to messages at least once per day.

Candace Delis
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. I work to create a safe, comfortable and accepting environment for my clients. I have previously worked in crisis intervention as well as group therapy settings and like to focus on providing positive support for my clients. I've been told I'm not the "typical" therapist type - I have tattoos and a pretty progressive viewpoint, and I also work really hard to be relatable to my clients. I'm married and have an 18 year old stepson. The rest of my family is made up of 3 rescue dogs, 3 adopted cats, and we recently reached what I call the "livestock level" of quarantine and got chickens and goats. It's a pretty full house. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have worked with a wide range of issues, but some of my areas of specialization include: emotional regulation (anger, anxiety), depression, self-esteem building, bipolar disorder, PTSD, grief and loss, assertiveness building, marital issues and relationship building skills. I also have experience with end of life care. My counseling style is interactive, and I believe in treating people as individuals and not labeling them with their mental health issues. You are not your illness, it is only a small part of who you are. I believe in treating people with the same respect, sensitivity, and compassion as I would like to be treated. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution focused counseling. I will do my best to tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek support and take steps towards making a change. Life can throw us curveballs and unexpected circumstances can arise with even the best of planning. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you and help you find the tools that will help you succeed. I look forward to working with you! My current hours are (all are CST): Mondays 9am-8pm Tuesdays 8am-8pm Wednesdays 8am-8pm Thursdays 8am-8pm Fridays 8am-7pm Saturdays 8am-4pm Some Sundays upon request
