Hello! My name is Lisa Warden and I am a licensed Social Worker. Prior to completing my college, I worked as a massage therapist. I am very aware of the mind-body connection and how we can use our body to heal our mind. I’ve worked most of my career with helping those in recovery from Trauma, addictions, and personality related issues. These symptoms often really hold a person captive and away from the fulfillment of potential and in a constant state of survival.
