I received my Masters of Science in Family and Child Science, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Mexico State University and I received my Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. I have been providing therapy for over 9 years to individuals, couples and families. I have most often helped people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship conflict (romantic, family, peers), and cancer. I have additional training in attachment, self harm, suicide prevention, neurobiology and trauma. I am also EMDRIA trained in EMDR.

I have over 35 years of experience; in a variety of treatment settings. I have worked with individuals, couples and families. Carrie Cooper
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I have been counseling individuals for 20+ years. My education and training include a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling from the University of the Southwest. My experience with diverse participants has allowed me to acquire the therapeutic and coaching skills needed to work effectively with adults from all walks of life to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief and loss, trauma, as well as important life transitions.
