Tatia Miller
Tatia Miller, MA, LPC, LSOTP, CCM First, let me tell you just a bit about my personal self. I am Texas born and bred. I've only lived outside of this state I love for just three very short periods. I've always come back. My license is only in Texas. And, I've worked my entire adult life in the mental and behavioral health fields. I've been fortunate to always work, but I do have lots of hobbies. I've been married 35 years, have two grown daughters and two very very CUTE grandchildren. My two dogs keep me busy. I do think pugs are so adorable--but probably suffer a bit of ADHD themselves. I am in that age bracket that still worries about my aging dad. My philosophy for therapy and life is very simple. It’s like a recipe. If we take a little of that and a dab of this, we can create something, if not magical—at least edible. Life is not always easy or delectable, but it is usually, at least, a place where we can learn to improve our “recipe” for coping with any of life's struggles. While we can never change events which have occurred, we can develop a different view of what we’ve been through and a plan to create a better outlook- creating a “recipe” of healing and a better emotional state. In my life, I’ve been fortunate to have had the greatest experiences. While I thought I was just working to help take care of my family—feeling grateful to be working in a field I very much love, my path was creating a base and layers of experience which would afford me lots of success, a wealth of ideas and the wisdom to help others. Counseling is a more of a calling for me. I truly believe that without a higher power's direction, I would not be able to have helped others in confronting the experiences and challenges my clients and I have faced together throughout all these years. I'm a firm believer that no one person should spend all their time in therapy. While there are some instances that require a longer modality, most issues can be approached with shorter solutions. This doesn't believe that I think someone can be healed in 6 short sessions. What it does mean is that it is imperative that we use the skills we learn in therapy in our daily lives. Without this step, healing cannot occur. Thus, it is a two-part progression; learn the steps in therapy and then actually use them in daily living. As a result of working so long, I have been privileged to have worked with many populations: neurological disorders such as ADHD, TBI/ABI and autism; depression; chronic mental illness; personality disorders; work-related injuries and chronic health issues. I have worked with both men and women of all generations, as well as helped those who have been to prison/have legal issues; have dealt with grief/loss and have felt compromised by lost relationships such as divorce. If you are seeking a plan of health; a recipe of sorts, which might help you see that more fruitful outlook, I look forward to meeting with you and helping you learn to create the best “recipe” for you to flourish and in being your best self. Thank you for considering me. I so look forward to meeting you!
Jamie Wells
Hello! My name is Jamie and I am a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Louisiana and Texas. I have been working in the mental health field for 4 years. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of issues including addiction, trauma, autism and/or Aspergers, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, LGBTQIA, and borderline personality disorder. I have worked with clients aged 4 to 65. In my third year as an elementary school teacher, I observed that my students needed more than just a capable teacher...several of them were demonstrating struggles with anxiety, thoughts of harm, and more. It is then when I decided to apply to my graduate program. I attended Louisiana Tech University, where I earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I would describe myself as open-minded and relatable. I truly believe that we are all on different paths, but with communication and empathy, we can work together to help each other grow. I would love to help you grow in whatever area you may feel you need. In order to do so, I will utilize a thoughtful combination of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I look forward to working with you!

Liliana Palacios
Hi! I’m Liliana Palacios For the past 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and discover their inner strength. I was born and raised in Mexico City, where I earned my BS in Organizational Psychology before moving to the U.S. as a young mother. While raising my two daughters, I pursued my MA in Professional Counseling and volunteered for several years with a local mental health agency and crisis line. Over the years, I’ve worked with survivors of domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and individuals facing depression, anxiety, marital conflict, parenting challenges, and adolescent behavioral issues. I have led domestic violence support groups for Hispanic women and parenting classes in Spanish, always to create a safe, understanding space. For the past 15 years, I’ve focused on supporting parents of children on the autism spectrum and guiding caregivers of elderly or ill loved ones through every stage of care and end-of-life concerns. I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor, Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, with extensive training in grief counseling. While credentials matter, I believe the heart of therapy is connection. I bring warmth, honesty, and encouragement to my work—celebrating your progress, but also telling you the truth when something might cause harm. Therapy is about self-discovery, resilience, and learning to live fully and joyfully, both for yourself and those you love. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to where you want—and deserve—to be. **“It’s not the load that breaks you down. It’s how you carry it.” — Lena Thorne** In good health, Liliana
